What is Clickbank Gravity?

Linda, did you say to choose low or high gravity? Clickbank says different groups use different strategies. Also, I don’t know what numbers constitute low and where the break would be for high. Thanks for any help.

Gravity is a score that Clickbank assigns to each product with regard to how many affiliates have made sales, and how recently those sales occurred. To give you an example;

• If 1 affiliate sells 500 widgets, the widget has a “gravity” of 1. (ie; 1 affiliate made a sale)
• If 500 affiliates sell 1 widget each, the widget has a gravity of 500. (ie; 500 affiliates have made a sale)

Either way, the vendor sold 500 widgets. So, gravity does not tell you how many are being sold, it just tells you how many affiliates are successful at making a sale.
